Yes! You can register and browse profiles for free. We also offer Premium membership plans starting at very affordable rates that unlock advanced features like viewing contact details, sending unlimited interests, and seeing who viewed your profile.
Go to My Profile and fill in all sections: Basic Info, Religious Background, Education & Career, Partner Preferences, and upload a clear photo. Complete profiles receive up to 5x more interest requests.
Absolutely. During registration, select the appropriate option under "Profile For" (Son, Daughter, Sibling, etc.). Many families register on behalf of their loved ones β€” this is a common and supported practice.

πŸ‘€ Account & Profile

Once logged in, go to My Profile. Each section has an "Edit" button that opens an inline form. Make your changes and click "Save Changes". Updates reflect immediately.
On the My Profile page, hover over your current photo and click the camera icon that appears. Select a new image from your device (JPG, PNG up to 5MB). It will be set as your profile picture immediately.
On the login page, click "Forgot Password." Enter your registered email or mobile number. You'll receive a reset link via email. Use the link within 24 hours to set a new password.
Yes. Go to Account Settings and select "Deactivate Account" to temporarily hide your profile, or "Delete Account" to permanently remove all your data. Deletion is irreversible, so please be sure.

Your full contact number is only visible to Premium members who you have accepted interest from, or members whose interest you have accepted. Free members can see your general location and profile details.
On any member's profile page, click the "Report Profile" button. You can report inappropriate content, fake profiles, or harassment. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
No. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used solely to operate the matchmaking service. Please read our full Privacy Policy for details.
We offer a voluntary Profile Verification service where you submit a government-issued ID. Verified profiles show a green "Verified" badge, which significantly increases trust and interest from potential matches.

⭐ Membership & Plans

Free members can browse profiles, send limited interests, and receive messages. Premium members get unlimited interests, can view full contact details, appear higher in search results, see who viewed their profile, and get priority customer support.
Log in and go to the Upgrade page from your dashboard or sidebar. Choose your preferred plan (Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual), and complete payment through our secure gateway. Your Premium access activates instantly.
We offer a 7-day refund policy if you haven't used Premium features like viewing contact details. Contact our support team at support@ziyamatrimony.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details.
Your profile stays active but reverts to the Free plan. You won't lose any data or matches. Any accepted interests and messages will remain accessible. You can renew at any time.

Click "Send Interest" on any profile card or profile page. The other person receives a notification and can Accept or Decline. If they accept, you'll both be able to view each other's contact details (Premium) and message freely.
You can initiate a message to anyone. However, for best results, it's recommended to send an interest first and wait for acceptance. Premium members can send and receive unlimited messages.
Check your spam/junk folder first. Add noreply@ziyamatrimony.com to your contacts list. If emails still don't arrive, go to Account Settings β†’ Notifications and verify your email address is correct and notifications are enabled.
